We had an appointment with a doctor at the center. Our appointment was at 8 pm and we didn't see the doctor until 10:15. The information staff were disorganized and punctual. Every time we asked them how many patients were there, they would give us a specific number and it was all a lie. There is no organization. The center could have a queue/number system that would guarantee every patient's turn. That means the patient would come, get a number, and wait for their turn.
