Excellent and in a beautiful location close to entertainment venues

Good but the service not that much

A mid-range hotel with reasonable prices. I recommend it.

The worst place in Erbil. Advice to anyone looking to relax and have fun: this is the last place you should consider. The service is terrible. The reception staff lacks credibility. The VIP session lasted only ten minutes, and I left because they were just gossiping. The female staff are awful; it's like a nursing home. It's awful, awful, awful.

It's terrible to blame the customer when we've been waiting for an hour, not to mention the exorbitant prices.

There are some issues with the service, and the prices are somewhat exaggerated; I wish they would lower them. But to be honest, it's a classy and clean hotel, and one truly feels comfortable there.

A beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Erbil, in a good location with excellent service. The staff are friendly.
