I love this place! It’s quiet, the staff is very nice, and both the menu and prices are great. The only issue is that the indoor temperature gets quite hot during the day, especially during these intense summer days. They really need to upgrade or improve the air conditioning system. Other than that, it’s a wonderful spot

Love their mini burgers and their crispy chicken wraps. Also I love nearly all of their desserts

I had a very bad experience at this place before. The waiter was so rude and disrespectful that he threw the food and it hit me in the face. I didn't complain at the time, I just spoke to the owner. They told me that employee would be fired. However, when I passed by again later, I saw that the same waiter was still working there. So I was clearly lied to. The service is already bad, the staff are rude and indifferent. It's impossible to accept such behavior. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone, don't go there.

Unfortunately, there's absolutely no respect for the customer. They treat customers as if they're paying for everything. The staff's attitude and manner are completely unprofessional, and when I asked about the manager or supervisor, they told me there wasn't one. I absolutely do not recommend this place. When I asked for the owner's number, the employee gave me his friend's or relative's number, or maybe his own, because there was never any answer. I called repeatedly without success.

My friend, who came from Europe, and I went to the cafe, assuming its clientele consisted mainly of locals and acquaintances. To our surprise, the (Syrian) captain refused to give us a seat, claiming it was only for those with prior reservations, even though there were empty seats available. We were from Ankawa, and it was a normal day, neither Thursday nor Sunday. We left completely dissatisfied.

For the sake of making a reservation, there is no need to book a hotel and any other system for making a reservation. Here's what you need to do when you make a reservation😂 They don’t have booking systems and out of the blue when they’re not in the mood they are telling you should have a reservation, while most of their tables were empty. This disrespectful.

Their prices are extremely expensive

Meanwhile, most of the tables in the cafe were empty, but they told us that there was no available table for us, and surely we knew that the tables were not booked. This was the first time I had ever seen such behavior from a cafe in Erbil 😀 …

Rude Syrian staff that doesn’t speak kurdish or Kurdish and despite availability they won’t give any good table because it is reserved for families. I think someone must tell them that they are in Ankawa and not Qandahar
