It’s my first month working out at this gym, so far it’s been great. I love the atmosphere, enough equipments for all your necessary workouts, clean and spacious.
The only recommendation I would give is to have a trainer or someone incharge to check up regularly on starters, people who don’t know how to use the machines, or feeling shy to ask for help. Doesn’t need to be a personal trainer , just someone to make the place more friendly and provide basic tips for the beginners on what to do , how to properly use the machines .

One of of the best if not the best Gym in Erbil city, it’s very clean the staff are nice the equipment are really clean and in good condition it offers a gym for both men and women but also has a private women only place too the bathrooms are clean the locker rooms are great it has a sauna and a steam room but it doesn’t have a pool unfortunately they can definitely go a bit easier on the prices of the subscriptions and the prices of the food but can’t lie the food is just amazing honestly I can say the food is so good that its the best part in the gym after a workout.

Excellent gym in every way: commitment, cleanliness, excellent service, excellent reception staff, excellent trainers Rasha and Taf, and others. Regarding the women's gym, the only thing we need is a few treadmills, and some are out of order.
