The receptionist is impolite, arrogant and unprofessional. Today, I had an appointment to cut and highlight my hair with a professional who, on the other hand, left me waiting while moving on to cut other clients' hair, without any explanation. The lady who was continuing to highlight my hair does not speak English. I asked the receptionist many times to come and translate. She ignored me and treated me with arrogance and disrespect. It is a terrible salon. I stay here around 4 hours
