The cake is delicious, but I wish you'd reduce the cream. It shouldn't be 60% cream and 40% cake every time I take a bite. Try to reduce the cream and don't add those sweets made with powdered milk (I don't know what it's called, I've never seen it before). It's only good in cakes; it's so filling you up you can't eat for two days. When you eat a little cake, you want to enjoy it, not fill up after just one bite. And add more strawberries; instead of just one, add at least two because they make the cake sweeter.
