Boombinere provides a one of a kind service in whole Kurdistan, with a good mobile app, convenient , multiple payment options, but once you have items in their warehouse, you have no choice but to pay for delivery which is very pricey & keeps getting pricier. they only take one not very clear photo, then they ask for 1$ for each photo request which doesn't make sense since they already charge alot for the service, ai don't think taking a photo would cost anything, or just take multiple photos when the item arrives to warehouse. We kindly ask to review the prices and make it more affordable for

I been using the service for 6 years everything is great but shipping prices has increased , so I mix my deliveries now. 50/50 with other suppliers from Dubai and China.

Makes shipping anything from the US very easy. I only have one suggestion, and that is to provide a delivery service inside Erbil, so that our shipments arrive to our doorsteps, just like restaurants, for a fee maybe! Being in the Italian village only, it's sometimes a 50 minutes drive in the rush time.

Trusted, experienced and good service , just lacks home delivery.

Too expensive and their promotions are just a hype, it wont be apply.

I used to like this app and its services, but my experience has become extremely disappointing. The app is very slow, and orders are often marked as confirmed but never actually purchased. There are significant delays with refunds, and it’s nearly impossible to cancel orders. As a result, orders remain stuck in the system as confirmed without being processed. Overall, the service has become unreliable and frustrating to use.

The problem with Boombeene is their fake campaigns and promotions. They will inform you that they will give you a special discount during Prime Day, but that is not true. They add tax fees while claiming that they are tax-free. Besides this, every time they overcharge you by adding extra weight to the actual item weight. For example, if your item weighs 5 lb, including the packaging, and it is clearly mentioned on the Amazon website, they will count it as 7 lb. I don't know why they do this. I already informed them to stop doing this. I even entered the package weight, dimensions, and details

Very expensive.. charge in market dollar rate which is outrageous and also take 5 USD charge for anything even if your item is only 10 USD value.. your response is not related to my review because a 5 USD fee is not reasonable for low value item , you still charge for each item a high fee even if combined (on your website "Boombeene" ).

DO NOT & I repeat DO NOT order from this company. They dispose of all items protective package. Unless you want a damaged product. DON'T EVER order from them

There are many flaws with this company. 1. You don't have direct contact with the seller or vendor. If something is wrong with your order. Makes it hard returning it. There's pretty much nothing you can do about it since you probably lose the threshold for returns by the time it reaches you. 2. They seem to have a habit of manipulating with the orders packaging. I highly doubt Ray ban would send you glasses wrapped in thin plastic bag only. 3. The staff are rude & dismissive.
