In my personal opinion, it will be the best shop in Erbil, God willing.

I think it has the best vibes in Erbil, the food is great and the drinks as well! I'm not a big fan of dj nights, the music gets trashy arabic, but good vibes overall. Staff are super friendly. I enjoy it more for an early night drink rather than a party, but this is only my personal preference.

Dj is really good and his choices makes People enjoy the place. I really liked sitting at the roof bar seçtin.

Chestnut Erbil is the branch from Jordan that just opened tonight. A very nice place in the midst Erbil city, in the crazy Dream City closed area. The pub is nice, well decorated and designed with an opened-area terrace at the 2nd floor revealing a beautiful view of Dream City and surrounding areas!

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience during my second visit to that place! The attitude of the staff was shocking when I asked to see the the manager of the place, they told me (why? We can’t tell you who the manager is!!) Also the top floor is not exclusively for couples or families, it is based on their mood or if you know them! You can go, if not, you have to stay in the other floor, in our case we were the only table in the whole floor! I wish they can learn more on hospitality and dealing with guests especially when they have introduced themselves as a brand! The reception staff

Unfortunately, the food experience was extremely bad. The crab salad smelled awful, and they made me pay the full price even though I didn't taste it. When I was talking to the waiter, he deliberately raised his voice at me to warn the other customers—a truly ridiculous situation. Personally, I didn't care at all; I paid what they ordered, so I have the right to respectful service and good food. The presentation of the steak was a complete disaster. It looked like a plate for soldiers; everything was piled on top of each other, as you can see in the picture. I will never repeat this experienc

About one year ago I wrote a negative review on this place because of the way they treated us! I didn’t go again until last week, I noticed a huge change in their hospitality from the receptionists to the staff and their supervisor, it’s very important for any place which is directly in contact with people to consider customer’s opinion to improve their hospitality and customer services skills. Finding a good stake is a challenge in Erbil, that’s why I don’t usually order stakes in iraq however I’m thankful to my friend who insisted on ordering the prime rib Angus steak .
