Lovely place, great atmosphere, delicious snacks and incredible coffee. I don't usually smoke shisha, but it was incredibly light smooth here. Love this place and I highly recommend it.

This place got me at first sip!!! The staff is so incredible and service is top notch!!! The quality and aroma of the coffee bean unreal!!! The main guy Captain Mouatha helped me Navigate the menu and choose exactly what I was looking for ! So happy to find this Gem of a coffee place ! Def be back everyday until I head back to Canada !

The coffee, the place, and the staff were perfect. The owner must have impeccable taste in food; I always find something new on the menu. The only thing that made me reconsider going in for coffee was the valet who insisted on parking VIP cars and neglected my regular car, just like I drive. The service was terrible. I sat for fifteen minutes trying to order something and nobody came. The coffee and red velvet cake arrived burnt and the cheesecake was melted. The worst experience I've had at the Grand Majdi Mall branch. ✖️✖️✖️✖️

A new place opened at dream city! They're a brand and newly opened erbil branch ... The decoration is amazing! The view is great too, it's calm and cozy not crowded at all! You can enjoy your drink totally ... The drinks are great their own coffee beans they're using and they have some special drinks made my themselves, for the sweets I don't recommend there's no taste nearly! And the size is small as well ... The price is affordable ... The staff are friendly and respectful but they only speak in Arabic language! The service is really fast ... Overalls deserves a try.

The café is nice with a lovely atmosphere; I liked it more than the one in Grand Majdi Mall. The desserts are good, especially the French toast. The coffee is delicious, particularly the rose-flavored one and the Americano. I didn't enjoy the red velvet coffee; it didn't have a strong coffee flavor and was too sweet for me. The hot and cold drinks are fairly good, and the atmosphere is nice. However, what’s really annoying is the smoke from the smokers, even in the outdoor area, because the seating is close together. The staff also need to be more polite and professional in dealing with customers. As for the prices, I find them relatively high.

Dose Cafe Dream City Fine place with a pleasant atmosphere, but , it's a bit overrated on social media. The Karak Chai didn’t taste great, and the croissant wasn’t fresh. The staff was respectful and friendly.

Visiting the coffe with the family, for spending end of year holidays, atmosphere good, food was great, drink good, we had hospitality as well, there was some points were raised by us, politely the captain and the Cafe manager address us and they have listened to our proposals and mentioning some changes were planned and will be in place soon, I would say thank you, I hope to see you soon and the best of luck 👍.

One of the best specialty coffee spots in Erbil. The atmosphere is cozy, the desserts are fresh, and the coffee is truly exceptional. The quality and consistency of the brews are impressive—clearly made with care. I was especially impressed by the work of Ibrahim; his attention to detail and passion for great coffee truly show. I particularly enjoyed the V60 he made — he prepares it the right way, 💯.
