Very bad customer experience. I bought a Powerbeats pro at Digital City, broke down after a few uses. They refused to replace it. So I gave it to them to be fixed, they had it for 2 months, then came back and said we will not fix it because you don't have warranty. I do not recommend dealing with them.

We bought xiomi mobile, it is very good well organised shop& good prices. Our thanks to young people Omer, Iman& Mohammad very nice and caring polite workers, my regards to them and their families.

Don't trust the bazaar when it comes to technology. Only go to Digital City where you can trust that the phones, computers, and other electronics are original and not loaded with viruses or maleware. Some items are expensive, and some are reasonably priced. Great store with a much higher level of customer service than most places in Erbil.

Great place, original electrical and electronical devices. Prices are little bit higher than the market. But you won't be disappointed. They have great customer service as well. Warranty on all devices available.

The best place in Iraq for those who are looking for electronics, I mean you can find stuff you didn't imagine that find anywhere in Iraq, literally you can find anything you want laptop accessories, mobiles and gadget, many choices of laptops, cameras abd anything else related to technology. My only concern is that the stuff that they have are to expensive so, if you wanted something available elsewhere they are not the good choice for you but if you didn't find the stuff that you are looking for in the market I'm sure you will find it here.
