The amenities are lacking there wasn't even a kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee. To make matters worse, I had to take a cold shower as there was no hot water available. The furniture is old and definitely needs an upgrade. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dynasty Hotel. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The front desk service was also great.

Very poor hotel. Please don't stay at this place. The room hygiene is poor. The washroom hygiene is poor. No hot water. No mini bar. No laundry or room service. Lot more options are available on the same street. The only plus poor is it is located on main Street with lot of restaurants near by.

I would not recommend this hotel. The price and location are ok but thats about it. The staff was responsive but not very friendly. The room was horrible. Dirty pillows, dirty chairs and the bathroom was not hygienic either. The hot water takes forever. The breakfast consisted of some bread with jellies, cream cheese and some olives plus coffee and tea… Nothing too special. What I would recommend though is the guy that sells chai underneath the pedestrian bridge down the street!! Best chai I’ve had my whole visit!!

I stayed here a night. Hotel is cheap but restaurant is so expensive. When I went for breakfast there is nothing. Every thing was finish. They are not completted finished things. And finally I paid 10.000 id. We want discount and they set that this is discounted prises.It was Interesting. They have small garage backside of the hotel. Of you want staying there you should wait less than 15 minutes for hot water.

İt's terrible place, towels are dirty, closet doesn't work, staff is fed up, place is very narrow and small... You need to find another hotel for this price... I don't want you to choose.

The service was excellent and the reception was wonderful. The rooms were tidy and the staff were friendly.

Super helpful staff, very quick communication, and help with organizing our tour of Kurdistan. Breakfast was served in the room during Ramadan. I recommend it.

We had no problems whatsoever from Mr. Sarmad's arrival at the airport to his return. However, the room I stayed in needed some work.

The hotel is very nice and well-maintained. The staff are very helpful, and the receptionists are respectful. The restaurant is also very good. May God grant you success.
