My husband and I came here for a nice evening together, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. We weren’t allowed to choose our own table and were instead seated at a spot with a TV above us — fine, we accepted that. About 7 minutes into our date, the same guy who seated us came back and asked, “Are you watching the TV?” We didn’t understand what he meant. What made it even more uncomfortable was that he initially spoke Kurdish with us, but suddenly switched to Arabic and refused to speak Kurdish or even English so we could understand. Then he told
