Ive been using internet for years in kurdistan since the days of reber quick. I used newroz adsl for a long time which was atrociously bad but since I switched to fiber speed it has been mostly positive. I had some problems like 2 years ago but since they changed the modem to a 5g modem it has been very good. (had to pay for the modem though) The internet is super stable and the speeds are good to. For 40.000 i get 150 mbit down 100 mbit up, im happy. Ping on pubg mobile on 5ghz mode is around 60 on euro server.

yesterday my fiber optics cable snapped trying to find their number so a technician can come and fix it i stumbled upon some reviews that were very negative so i expected the worst from them i called at 8pm the guy was very friendly and asked for my information he told me that the next day someone will come and inform me 20 minutes in advance and indeed they came the very next day in the morning fixed it in 5 minutes so from my experience definitely 5 stars but i do have to say i was free and had the time, i get why some people who are frustrated are that way because the appointments are not s

If it wasn't for this review I wouldn't have given the company even one star. This company has zero value, no professionalism, and the worst customer service you'll find in KRG. It's been months we are trying to get Fiber and the workers keep postponing the date to set up the internet at our house. Calling them doesn't help either as the company's phone is most of the times turned off. And when I was finally able to get in touch with one of the workers, I tried to tell her that we have registered our name and we haven't had anyone visiting us. She, however, told me that our name was not regist
