The hotel is good, and the management is excellent, especially Mr. Abu Ahmed, a very kind and helpful person. On my booking date of June 10, 2026, I booked a suite for six people for 110,000 (currency unspecified). He prepared a sightseeing itinerary for nearby areas. May God reward him.

You have no choice but only this hotel. The room had a strange smell. Worth only 2 stars. However, the surrounding area was beautiful and green

This is my second time and I still think its bad but it is the only hotel in the area.

i stayed two nights in this hotel and I was totally disappointed with the poor condition of the rooms, bed was broken, nothing in the room even a towel, TV didn't work, only one power plug in the room, walls and sheets were dirty, staff spoke only Arabic and not helpful, no breakfast or even a tea. in general it is a terrible hotel and I never go back there although unfortunately this is the only hotel in the town so I recommend staying in Sulaymania which is just an hour away from Halabja. the location is also a negative point, no access to the center of the town and no shops around....

This is the worst hotel ever. because for one night I paid 40 thousand dinars (about 30 dollars) but the bed sheets were dirty and unfortunately I noticed it at midnight and then I went to the reception but I couldn't find anyone. after about half an hour or 40 minutes I found a staff but he said he couldn't do anything. I told him they had to take care of this but he asked me why I didn't tell him earlier as if he was criticising and judging me and said that he could take care of this until the morning. The place is spacious and large, but the management team is new. The bathrooms are decorated and generally old.

This hotel is terrible and the experience is awful. No one should bother going there. No manners, no respect, no cleanliness, no services.
