A lovely hotel despite its simplicity. Clean and reasonably priced, especially for families. The hotel management staff are cultured and highly humble and courteous. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Azadi Park, allowing for easy walking to and from the park. The Grand Mosque market is about a 9-minute walk away.

This hotel is terrible; I wouldn't recommend it if you're a family looking for decent accommodation. The rooms smell awful, and people are crammed in haphazardly. It used to house Kurdish families—about 10 people to a single room—and the shouting, yelling, and swearing would continue late into the night.

Its location is excellent and close to the city center, near Azadi Park. The hotel owners are very kind, polite, and respectful in their dealings with guests. The room rates are reasonable.
