A maintenance center that is outstanding by all standards

More than anything else

Their service is good and fast.

Good but not excellent

Very high prices and delivery delays

Very slow in responding to the customer

Better protocols need to be followed to improve maintenance quality.

I had a problem with my new LG tv. They denyed visiting at my home.So I brought it there.

Expensive and a tired staff

After-sales service, customer service, and maintenance are extremely poor in Iraq. I deeply regret buying LG devices. The service was terrible, and I leave it to God.

Bad place

The worse service ever come across. I don't understand how a company like LG can make these guys their official distributors/ service center. LG should be assamed to provide such service!!!

Exorbitant prices for maintenance and spare parts

Unfortunately, it was very bad! The communication was terrible, and when I asked about the problem, they spoke like they were the king of kings. I didn't understand, and when I took the TV home, it didn't work again with the same problem! …

Unfortunately, the maintenance was a failure.

poor service

They do not even have the simplest thing (a cart to transport broken devices from a car parked in the street, and they do not have some spare parts).

Absolutely rubbish service, firstly it took me about an hour to find them because they gave the wrong directions and very imprecise description, despite calling them several times they still couldn’t tell me where they are located. They …

The services are bad.
