Unfortunately, I had to change my rating from 5 to 3 stars due to the deterioration in cleanliness and management, which needs to be improved to better manage the pool. My experience was with the pool only.

Truly is the best Gym in Duhok City

Excellent gym in Duhok. Opens early/stay open late. Has good Technogym treadmills, elliptical trainers and other machines. Descent free weight system, dumbbells up to 42K. They also have a +/- 25M lap pool, and food bar with protein shakes etc!

I had a great breakfast there. This Restaurant is on my top 5 list. It's not cheap to dine there but it's worth it.

The pool water is unclean. The pool management is abysmal. They issue a new rule every week. They don't allow children under 15 so they don't have to change the water... and they only change the water after several months. Three years ago, I wrote a negative review and gave them one star. But after three years and my visit to the pool, I found that they have become excellent in terms of management. They have organized designated areas for children, and everything is clean and excellent. They deserve five stars.

Expensive gym for a Fitness center. More cardio machines then weight lifting ones.

It is fine

It's great, but it lacks additional equipment. Also, there's one annoying thing: everyone has to remove the weights from the machines. The player needs rest between sets, so instead of resting, they have to empty the machines, turning the workout into three hours of tiring exercise.

We bought shorts for swimming from there side they were extremely expensive and they accused us of stealing them because our wallet was in the hotel and we went to bring our wallet they took our phone which more than 1000$ for a 30$ short. I dont suggest it and dirty water
