I had my son's test done there, and they told me they'd send the results via WhatsApp. I waited all day, but they didn't get back to me. I kept calling them, and every time they answered, they'd say they'd send it to me, but they never did. They even started refusing my calls. Finally, I gave their number to a girl and told her to call them and see if they'd answer. They answered right away and gave her my son's test results, which they were supposed to give me. I haven't gone back to them since because of what they did.
