A wonderful, quiet resort with a beautiful location, close to Shaqlawa market. The service is good and kind, the cleanliness is very good, services are available from a cafe, swimming pool and children's games. The location is worth staying in.
Amazing! It's located in Erbil, Shaqlawa. A comfortable, beautiful, and clean place with games for children and adults, a cafe, a restaurant, and a supermarket. It was a wonderful experience, and the accommodation was very clean and tidy, with all the necessary kitchen supplies.

The experience was positive, away from the city noise, peaceful, and with fresh mountain air. On the negative side, it was somewhat isolated, far from the center of Erbil. There are no nearby restaurants or markets; the closest is the Shaqlawa market if you want to shop or go to a restaurant.
A beautiful and quiet place, suitable for relaxation and escaping the city's hustle and bustle, but it lacks services and room maintenance because the furniture is old and the furnishings are not clean. There's also no restaurant offering a variety of meals. Therefore, I'd rate it 3 stars.
It's terrible. There are no services, the water is so cold I can't shower, the sink is clogged so it doesn't drain, and there are absolutely no services. Some rooms don't even have a landline; we have to go back and forth for something as simple as that. The internet is terrible, the cafeteria bathrooms are filthy, and their shop is closed off; we have to go to the Shaqlawa market to get something cheap. There's no lunch, just breakfast, and dinner. Very bad. The bathroom is very bad. The food service is very bad. It's very far from the city center. The internet service is very bad.
The double room is so dirty and no one cleaning the rooms , the breakfast is only boiled egg , and the resort place is far away from the city of erbil you need to pay 20$ at least to arrive the city
