My assessment doesn't include the hospital's performance, but I'm currently outside Iraq and contacted them via WhatsApp. Responses were delayed, sometimes taking days, even up to a week. When I requested a phone call for more information and a better explanation of my case, they refused, saying communication was only possible through messages. I wasn't surprised when they blocked me without explanation.
