Rumi Cafe is a cozy and intimate spot, perfect for a quiet getaway in Erbil. It’s a small place with a charming ambiance, but what caught my attention was the book collection – all of them are in Arabic. If you enjoy reading while sipping coffee, it’s a nice touch. The staff is friendly, and the coffee is tasty, but the seating area is a bit limited, so it’s better to visit during quieter times. A great place to relax.

Nice quiet ambience. I ordered a qazwan (Kurdish) coffee initially, not realizing it was prepared with milk and sugar. The staff kindly exchanged it with another even though I was ok to just have paid for both.

I have been to Romi Cafe several times and can easily say that it's my favorite cozy place in Erbil. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the decor is reflecting the old style in Romi and Tabrizj time, and the coffee is absolutely awesome ! I highly recommend this cafe for anyone looking for a peaceful place to hang out with friends, working in quiet place, and for book lovers you are in the right place. Romi Cafe truly sets the standard for a great cafe experience!

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a quiet place to work, study, or spend a pleasant time with someone you love. The atmosphere is stunning, and the design is beautiful. Everything here feels just right — the barista is friendly, the indoor aroma is wonderful, and the place is very clean and hygienic. I especially appreciate the no-smoking policy, which makes the environment even more comfortable. I will definitely keep coming back.

Cafe Rumi, a classic cafe that offers you a tranquil atmosphere and Sufi music. It has a library where you can read without a subscription or anything, completely free of charge. The experience of tranquility, simplicity and music is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

I had a great experience at this Cafe with my husband. We are a little slow at reading the local language, so the staff / owner translated everything for us. We ordered coffee and both were enjoyable. There was a variety of books, few even in English, plus a chess board if you'd like to play a game. Love the atmosphere and greenery. Beautiful cafe! Would definitely recommend. We went close to noon and it was quiet. I'd come back to study or work. Great environment for it.

Rumi Cafe is a peaceful spot with great vibes. Perfect for reading, working, or a quiet chat. The staff are very respectful and the coffee is excellent. A truly unique place to escape the city noise.

Sometimes we need a break from life... We need solitude, peace and quiet to stifle the noise within. We need to sit in a cozy café.

The prices are exorbitant... I tried Karak tea, it wasn't good and the price was very expensive, but the employee was very friendly and kind.

Good place to work, many power sockets available for people getting work done on their laptops. I also ordered a Mocha Frappe and it was horrible, tasted like an overloaded Nescafe, I think it even had coconut bits, which was so out of place and caused me to choke multiple times.
