i took my wife during the honeymoon to the restaurant and we were astonished about how good the food was the atmosphere was great and authentic and the staff were nice and kind highly recommended.

If I have any friends coming up this way, I will direct them here. Beautiful display of Kurdish Culture and delicious breakfast.

I love this traditional Kurdish restaurant. It was full this morning, so service was slow due to a full house. But they have always been great to us. Today, the wonderful ambiance was increased to a higher level with great live music--also traditional and Kurdish. I especially like the goat milk products there: cream, yogurt and cheese. Very delicious. 🤤

Great place to visit, the staff are very nice and friendly, the place is very nice and cosy feels like home. The only place I had breakfast here and it is really good and delicious. They have one of the best tea ever. I recommend you to go. We arrived at 10:30 AM and we choose the breakfast for two and they made the table full from all types of food and very yummy. Bread is made fresh onsite and the place has very good natural feel. Every single food is made fresh. We will go again 100%

Traditional Kurdish Restaurant. For breakfast they have a set menu. For lunch they have only 3 meals, Dolma, Kufta and Kalia. Very cozy and relaxing place.

The atmosphere is very nice, purely traditional. The food is very simple but delicious and filling. My favorite thing was the fried food – it was amazing! The pastries were hot and delicious, made right in front of you – cheese and vegetable pastries. The date syrup, tahini, and honey were fresh and delicious. There were also two dishes, one with a very sour and unique tahini sauce, which was delicious. I recommend trying it.

One of the most beautiful restaurants in all of Iraq... The interior and exterior decor is in a classic style and absolutely perfect. The breakfast is delicious and the selection is excellent. The service is outstanding... In short, one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life ♥️

The architecture of the restaurant is really nice and cozy. Perfect for a family meal. For a traditional Kurdish breakfast though it didn't meet my expectations, I've had much better breakfast in other cities like Erbil and Suli. Hope they improve on the food.

This was just outstanding! Very old style Kurdish atmosphere. The food was great and the service was top notch. If you are looking for an authentic Kurdish breakfast and experience, this is a must while in Duhok! Don't miss it!

Very nice traditional restaurant that serve Kurdish traditional breakfast. If you want to feel like living in a kurdish village at 1900s, have the breakfast here. It is not a cheap food option but you will enjoy what you pay here. Prices are normal and above normal for some meals.
