Spacious space in the suite. Reception Staff is friendly. Cleaning is not perfect as hair found in multiple beds lucky we always keep bed sheets with us! The location is really good for anyone who wants to get close to any location in the city. Morning breakfast is ready from 7am till 10am and it was good 👍. The gym is very dirty and looks like it is abandoned with few dead roaches on the basement floor. The price is not very high but I could have found a cleaner place for the same price. Hope the owner pays more attention to details and do some renovations especially to the bathroom.

Clean room with good price , there is an open buffet for breakfast, not bad its ok the department was 2 rooms one double bed , the second is 3 isolated beds it costs 80,000 IQD for the one night , you can get free tea at the reception and free water

It is located in a good area. The rooms were very dirty the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while 😅, but it was actually quite comfortable and for the price your paying it's worth it.

It's a really OK hotel nothing special abt it the rooms are ok they are clean not really big but clean it also has a breakfast and a sport place I haven't been to them idk how good they are but overall it's a really OK hotel

Make reservation and confirmed it twice, but when arrived to the property after 16 hour travel no rooms were available?? The only good thing that the receptionist was very apologizing and help us to reserve another hotel

The hotel has an excellent location on 60th Street in Erbil, opposite the famous Abu Afif Sweets. Its services are very good, it's clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It offers food delivery from restaurants. The room doors are secured with an excellent electronic system. It's close to popular shopping centers and large malls.

It needs more work. There's a leak from the bathrooms into the rooms.
