I rented a car from them, telling them I was going to Sulaymaniyah. I took the car halfway there and it broke down. I called them and told them the car was like this. They said, "Yes, this is our system because we don't give out permits outside of Kirkuk." I told them, "But I told you I was going to Sulaymaniyah and I didn't lie to you, and I got you a permit for Sulaymaniyah. The question is, if there's an accident or something, who is responsible for it being an outside road?" And when I came back, they even took the 5,000 dinars for the car wash!
