The service lines need to be different; it's unreasonable for the bank to make everyone wait the same hours when it's facing a crisis.

Worst exchange and money transfer angecy in whole world it takes you 2-3 days just to receive or send a transfer western union/ money gram or a local transfer The place is so tiny you should wait outside till your turn comes up

You're tired of going to collect a money transfer and being told you they don't have cash, even if the amount is small.

A Western Union money transfer was made but never arrived, and there's no solution in sight. Their methods are unethical; they should shut down this office and ban them from operating in the Kurdistan Region.

The transfer process from outside Iraq takes a long time and it is one of the worst branches opened by Al-Tayf Company, and I am satisfied with the rest of the branches.

The partner is incredibly rude, and the accountants and employees treat her like she's on the street.
