The location is in a busy area, opposite Ronaki neighbourhood and near Iskan. Parking is somewhat difficult. The staff are nice and respectful, and they also have a good reputation. You can exchange all kinds of money, but for some currencies they charge a lot — for example, Swiss Francs. They are also able to exchange large amounts of money.

A suitable place for currency exchange

The employees there were rude and unprofessional. No eye contact, no answer and ignoring you to do other jobs and they looked very unhappy to be there. Your entire job is servicing customers, what's the point of going there if the service is bad?

In 250K withdrawal they took 2000 Iraqi dinars which it should be only 1000 iraqi dinars as shown in the receipt.. It's nothing but worth to mention

I went there and exchanged pounds for dollars. Among them, he gave me eight old bills. I told him to exchange them for dinars, and he took each bill for two thousand dinars. I've never seen such chaos and deception except among the shops in Erbil.
