Very slow shipping, it takes way more than what they promise

The worst company in the world. I have an order from Germany that's been pending for a month with no word. It's better to talk to a wall, honestly. I have three orders from America, two of which have the wrong weight. I told them four times I wanted them re-weighed, and they kept saying "Yes, sir, whatever you say," but nothing happened. It was all lies. After my shipment arrived at the warehouse together, they sent it separately to make me pay extra. Iraqi companies are a joke.
