A very modest hotel. I gave it 2 stars because of its excellent location and the staff's outstanding service. However, there is no hot water after 12 and no other services are available.

The hotel was beautiful and very convenient. The prices were reasonable.

Towel provided, breakfast provided, hot water, average rooms. My room was noisy because it was in front of a road cross-section, price is good for how easy is it to access everything around you from the Erbil castle to taxis to restaurants.

Central erbil hotel with basic facilities ideal for budget travellers. Ideal for families and solo travellers. Fridge and towels are included in the room with some basic soap and shower gel. Parking is a few spears at the front of the hotel and more to the side of the hotel. There is a lift and the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and roomy. However the very sharp slippery incline into the main door of the hotel would terrify the hardiest wheelchair user. Stayed for a period of around 6 days and it was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and ever so friendly. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it’s very close to ice cream shops, food shops and cafes. Everything is in walking distance so it’s great for one’s just visiting. The hotel was very clean with daily supply of toiletries and cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was always plentiful and everything was fresh, no complaints! We honestly could not have asked for more, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Erbil. Thanks again to all the staff, shwkr

We paid 60,000 IQD for two people, very cheap, but the place isn’t very clean, and the doors look very easy to open, but I wouldn’t expect to find any place better than this in the same price range. The staff are really kind and they are very friendly. I would suggest this place for students or anyone who’s traveling on a budget.

This hotel is very old built in 1960s

I stayed for two nights. It's very close to İskan Street and the Citadel area, plus they had breakfast. There was a staff member named Mustafa who spoke Turkish. They were wonderful people, very helpful.

The staff are good, the rooms are basic and clean, but might need some additions like new doors and a hairdryer. Reasonable considering the price.

The Zeitouna Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Erbil. It's located in the heart of the old city, near the citadel, on 30 Meter Street, directly opposite the Media Hall and next to the Erbil International Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, with excellent management and outstanding service. Staying there is relaxing, and sleeping is a joy. It has three floors and offers breakfast, hot and cold drinks.

The hotel is good in terms of location and place, but it lacks some hotel services such as a poor breakfast, a relatively expensive price for one night's stay, and the building and furniture inside are not modern.
