Abu Sana hotel located on Malik Mahmood str near Sarchnar. It is a good hotel with a big garden, swimming pool, and big restaurant.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet five-star standards for the following reasons: 1. Neglect of cleanliness and maintenance of facilities: • The presence of worms in the rooms is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone a five-star one! • The bathroom shower is in poor condition and clearly neglected. • The pool is unclean, and the pool toilets are in very poor condition and unusable, all of which is documented with photographs. 2. An excellent hotel with a helpful and friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness of the rooms with a comfortable space, a beautiful breakfast lounge overlooking a green garden, good internet throughout the hotel, a well-organized and spacious garage, the hotel's location is quiet and not far from Salem Street where the popular dishes that the city of Sulaymaniyah is known for are located. My only comment is on the price, which could be lower to suit the general public of tourists in the future.

This might be one of the best hotels in Sulaymaniyah in terms of cleanliness, service, prices, and hospitality... It has a swimming pool and breakfast. The hotel deserves 5 stars.

It is one of the oldest hotels in Sulaymaniyah and is located at the beginning of the street leading to Sercinar. It has a garden with a restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are not spacious and need more development and attention, particularly regarding the furniture. I suggested to the hotel owner that it be demolished and rebuilt in a modern style because its location is excellent.

The hotel is nice and quiet. I stayed one night, and the cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was five stars, top notch. I'd consider going again.

The hotel's outdoor restaurant by the pool looked beautiful, but the problem was the strange infestation of flies, which kept falling into our food! It's very unlikely this would happen in a five-star hotel restaurant.

realy its one of the hotel which still keeps its standard since many years in comparison to many places which were established more recently with a modern design ,so its regarded as one of the steady high quality places with a good service and expert administration, the only negative issue is the higher than expected prices.
