ئەدڤانتیج ڕێنتی ئۆتۆمبێل - فڕۆکەخانەی هەولێر

Great service. We had an accident, everything was handled completely professionally and the price for the accident was reasonable and corresponded to the actual condition. This is not usual, very often they charged us some kind of surcharge elsewhere. Here it was completely professional. If you are worried, then five stars here.

Fantastic service - special thanks to Karwan! I am incredibly happy with the car rental. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Karwan was particularly helpful - always available, quick to respond and also provided clear information about traffic regulations. The service was very friendly and professional. A big plus was the generous price and the included insurance which made you feel safe throughout the trip. The best part was really the accessibility and the personal service. Highly recommended!

My passport had been sent from the main office to the airport office. Mr. Lass, a valuable employee of the company, and Mr. Ali, the company manager, greeted me in fluent Turkish, asking if I had experienced any problems and how my vacation had gone. This was very kind and pleasing. The fact that they did not charge me for the excess mileage statute mentioned in the rental agreement was a truly commendable gesture. I w
