Security very rude. You shouldn’t greet customers like they do.

I went to the bank today at 1:20 PM, but they said it was closed. When I asked why, they said it was Ramadan and they only work until 1 PM. I asked what time their shift started, and they said 9 PM. I'm calling out to the bank manager and officials: 4-hour shifts are unacceptable; even local banks work longer hours.

No automation of process at all

They left the number out of service!!!!
