Al Jawahiri Hotel

Beautiful and clean hotel!

Not bad

Super

I recommend this hotel because the service and location are very good and the cleanliness is good 😊

I booked directly and paid a relatively high price for my stay, based on the hotel's 4-star rating. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find there was no running water in the bathroom. In the morning, the room smelled terrible (like sewage). There was no soundproofing, so all the restaurant noise was audible, and the door kept slamming. This is a serious flaw in a basic service that is unacceptable in a hotel of this rating. I reported the problem to reception, but it wasn't resolved. This is a clear violation of the terms of stay, and the management simply offered excuses, promising to improv

Its location is good relative to the resort road.

The staff is clean, the breakfast is great, if I come again I can come to this hotel with my eyes closed.

A very respectable hotel, and all the staff are polite, courteous, and have excellent service. And the Titanic music in the elevator is absolutely beautiful! ✌⚘⚘⚘

Excellent hotel, very good service, and close to shopping areas.

Everything about it is wonderful: staff, location, cleanliness, and service.

The hotel is nice and tidy

Nice and quiet, needs some arrangement

Very good

Was really happy with the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in Erbil. A lady was making fresh bread and omelettes.

3 stars Hotel, the room quality depends on size. Small swimming pool. The breakfast open buffet is has few dishes. However, location of hotel is perfect

This Hotel is one of the Top hotels the Customer Service team were extremely helpful and the prices were reasonable Mr.Shaker was amazing and helpful and definitely recommend the hotel for family & Friends and anyone looking for amazing place to stay thanks for the great hospitality and best customer service

Definitely recommend this Hotel friendly and great customer service rooms are clean and comfortable definitely recommended

Amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated with central air conditioning. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Simone and Ali for all you did for my father and I!

Humble hotel, high prices compared to its quality, service crew was kindly, rooms was clean and comfy, bathroom with no hot water and when we asked them they said (we have hot water 24 hour!!) generally they have to change their policy so guests can feel more comfortable to book again.

Good staff, nice open buffet breakfast, but one of the weirdest thing in this hotel is the swimming pool it's too small and they told you that you should buy new short and head cap then you can use the pool 🤔. Good prices , but not in season. …

I stayed at the hotel for the second time, the room was big and clean, the hotel location near the restaurants and center of Erbil, so you can easily to access any place, the buffet of breakfast good but nead to add more types of food.

One of the best hotels you can get for the value.. Clean, neat rooms, good wifi, large lobby with free drinks and hookah! Very well located.. recommended for this price range ( 60$ a night)

Nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and a good location. Water, Coffee and tea are served for free for hotel residents. Prices may go up in couple of occasions during the year.

It's only 4 stars numbers but not service, not good furniture, lightning, bad path rooms, not good view, leaking from taps and AC of other rooms in your room path room, only cleaners are nice, but reception and other staff are not adequate. And prices high comparing to Services. Didn't like it.

The service is good, 24H free opened cafeteria for tea and coffee, The rooms are clean but the bathroom wasn't. Free spa and swim pool but again the pool wasn't very clean and the stairs of the pool are very shaky

On my last visit , I didn’t like the night shift reception girl way in dealing with customers. Hotel management need to select better staff especially the ones that are in direct connection with customers.

They have free coffee 24/7 so for a caffeine junkie it perfect for me But the beds are kinda tough and I don't trust that they are a 100 clean

location : very good|room service : poor|breakfast : very good|reception : so bad cause we make our reservation with price and when check out they asked us to pay more|and when i informed them they said this is the actual price

The room is very good The breakfast need to contain more items The other free services are not good

Quite, nice breakfast, good location , price is reasonable but bathroom not very clean, I'd recommend it for businessmen with short trips.

Comfortable place with quiet music and excellent morning breakfast with swimming pool, sauna and excellent gym..... wow perfect place for stay

Bathrooms are small, water closet not spaced well. Breakfast amazing

Good place for rest in your trips

Very good hotel Clean hotel Reception with high hospitality But it’s price approximately high

The reception always empty, unprofessional in staff attitude, rooms ground is not flat, disgusting smell inside restroom, etc....

I visited a couple of friends there and I liked the reception hall and the rooms where clean

Good

very clean hotel , with nice staff

Good place but expensive according to the service type .
