This was one of the most frustrating medical experiences I have had. Long delays, poor communication, and lack of accountability made the situation worse. The hospital needs significant improvement in organization, patient handling, and service delivery.

The doctors are good but omg the lab is insanely expensive 500 IQD for blood tests like are we in the USA or something! Be careful people when you go to the doctor there and asks for blood tests there! I did my blood test 3 times in Erbil the most expensive one was 200 IQD
