The prices are not good, the doctors' service is unreliable, and some medical staff are not present during emergencies in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. The place was unclean, and the nursing staff needs more training. I hope they improve the level of cleanliness and services, provide more training for doctors, and clean the premises.

The only private hospital in Kirkuk should be of the highest quality. However, we are waiting in the operating hall with more than 50 people, and none of the ACs are working all of them are switched off! despite the temperature being around 44 degrees. Additionally, the parking is really difficult there! You have to think more carefully when coming here in your own car ! The staff no bad and the service semi good !

But we thought it was something new in Kirkuk, but there's no specialist doctor at night, just like in the government hospitals, and the fees are outrageous.

My experience was not good: 1/ The reception staff on the second floor did not respond to resolve problems quickly enough, even though the issue was reported twice, and the nurse was playing on her phone. 2/ The person accompanying the patient must handle all procedures instead of the hospital staff. 3/ The doctor did not attend after the procedure.
