Amazing spa

Legit asian massage, the reception is lovely. The rooms and showers are extra clean. It's probably the best massage in erbil.

nice msaj

Very good

It was great, I really enjoyed it there.

Very nice

Very good and respectful

very good

Do

I don't recommend it

Excellent, very excellent

The only reason a person goes to a spa is to get serenity and tranquility. The reason why I like going to this specific spa in Erbil it’s because their costumer service is good. And the massage therapists are really good at their jobs.

Very professional massage 👍 …

good

Excellent, but the bread delivery service is poor.

I do not recommend at all to stay in this hotel. It is a 3-star hotel, no more. The room furniture is old, the bed is uncomfortable, and the towels are not clean. The good thing is that there is a bar with a beautiful garden, and there is a group of restaurants, but I do not advise eating in these restaurants because they are really bad.

I used to come to this spa often for many years but this year in 2026 i have been here twice and it’s not like before the new massager are not that professional and reception they care only for some customers not all of them like it was before i don’t really recommend anymore i hope in the future they do something better.

Expensive

To Management: I wanted to file a complaint against laila. She has been openly sharing which customers are visiting, spreading rumors about clients, and even telling other staff what customers want or do when they come to the spa. This is a serious violation of privacy and completely unprofessional. It creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment, and makes it very difficult to trust that personal information or preferences will be respected. I strongly urge management to address this immediately, as continuing this behavior risks losing customers and damaging the spa’s reputation….

its fake spa because they dont give the real massage the offer its35 dinar when u get in you will pay 75 dinar only and Turkish bath no one can help you for washing your body i feel im in my house there is no steam in turkish ‘room’ maybe its iraqi style

Very bad experience. They charge for 60 minutes and they give you 40 minutes maximum. People at reception are not trained for dealing with customers. I do not recommend it at all
