Dishonesty with appointments is a serious issue. Being punctual means having other commitments. For example, a bride who has a hair appointment with a photographer and many other things planned might not show up at the salon at a specific time. The barber doesn't answer the phone, and the staff don't know where he is. You end up having to look for another salon after you've already arranged everything. This is the problem that ruins everything.
