It was not up to the required standard

The doctor made me wait half an hour while they were closed, I called to see if they were open the guy told me hes on the to the clinic and he should be open soon, i go there and he was closed so i called to see if hes on his way and he says he’ll be there in 10 minutes, after around 25 minutes i call him to see if hes coming and then hes like well im not actually sure if i’ll come now maybe come by later in the evening. Im not sure how thats even possible, highly disrespectful.

we went at a time when it was supposed to be open but it was closed, the lights were on inside but door was locked and we called multiple times with no answer

The shop was listed as open in the morning, but I arrived in an emergency and it turned out to be closed.

The service is terrible. The doctor is completely incompetent, and there's no one to assist him. He gave my cat excessive injections, which caused an allergic reaction that nearly killed her. The cat could have died from it. The doctor tries to sell you products by any means possible. His prices are exploitative; he's clearly a rip-off. Please don't go to him.
