They don't take the time to make the pet feel comfortable, they deal harshly with the animals. Most of the animals staying in their hotel are terrified of the poor treatment. my cat is still agitated and terrified even after we got her back home. they don't deal with cases that require medical attention in a structured manner, they neglected my cat, and they don't provide details of the treatment plan to the owners. If I could give zero stars, I would. Not recommended at all.

My cat was ill and I put her at their hotel. They said they will do a test for her for 3 days ago and each day I reminded and they still didn’t do it 3 days later! Mind you they have ill cats and dogs in the same room and if you love your pet you should never come to this place!!!
