In a company like Asiacell, one would expect the employees to be highly aware, well cultured, and skilled in customer service, with fluency in both Arabic and Kurdish.
Unfortunately, this was not my experience during my visit. The staff lacked the capability to effectively interact with customers. Additionally, the Arabic speaking employees did not know Kurdish, and the Kurdish speaking employees lacked proficiency in Arabic. Furthermore, when you take a ticket and wait for your turn, you’ll notice that only two counters are actively serving customers, while more than five or six counters rema

I visited the Asiacell Center in Erbil with my sister to buy two SIM cards, and the experience was excellent. We waited less than 10 minutes before our number was called. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.
The employee we dealt with kindly helped us choose special numbers with personal meaning, which we really appreciated. I also chose the eSIM option for my iPhone, which was very convenient. Prices were fair, and the service was smooth and professional.
