The worst hotel, the service is very bad, and the place is unclean.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. The cleanliness is zero and the place and carpet are full of insects. You would think that from the moment the hotel opened, it was completely empty. They replaced 3 rooms for us and mold insects and cockroaches appeared. A lot of them.

It's a nice hotel located on Salem Street near Sulaimaniyah Market, but the service is poor and the staff treat guests inappropriately.

I stayed in this hotel long term, It was conveniently located for work and the food was really good. Friendly service, the only complaint is the rooms are not the best but if you are tired, its a bed to sleep in.

Suitable hotel for just few nights.There are no towels in the rooms but there is a hair dryer, the carpet needs vacuum cleaner. All needs to be renewed,anyway if you search for a budget place to stay shortly, it is ok.The staff did not speak English but everybody was kind and helpful. Breakfasts are tasty. The location is very good, not far from the bazaar or malls, museums, restaurants,bus terminal.

Worst experience and the dirtiest hotel I've ever been Me and my friend stayed there for 4 nights the bathroom door's lock was beoken so we had to improvise by placing the trash can whenever someone wanted to go the bathroom The carpet had stains and probably wasn't cleaned for a year The bed was extremely dirty we found multiple hair and blood stains on the sheets There were no towels or bathroom slippers so we had to buy our own The service was bad and the employees are careless

The breakfast buffet is not considered breakfast. The room furniture is poor and there are many negatives.

Upscale hotel and great service

The most luxurious hotel in terms of treatment. I stayed there for a while and got to know the nice young men at the reception and the bar. They were tidy and cultured. God willing, I will come again and see you. My regards to you.

A good hotel with very respectful staff... and reasonable prices.

The service was unacceptably slow. The room lacked basic amenities (pillows, tissues). You practically had to beg for the internet code before they'd give it to you after you called.
