Great staff and very transparent contract. We rented a small car for more than 3 years. They always answer calls no matter which day or time of the day, they replaced our car incase of long repairs, they are so kind even make a delivery and pick up from airport several times . During 3 years, we only paid accoring to contract plus traffic fines. Nothing else charged in other names. If you want to feel real service , give a chance to Avis in Erbil.
Dear Avis Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received during my recent rental experience. Noor, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor made a significant difference in my experience, and I truly appreciate her efforts. It's not every day that you come across such dedicated and customer-focused service, and I wanted to make sure her exceptional work does not go unnoticed. Thank y
A clean company with a very sophisticated approach, respectful and honest employees with high morals. They truly deserve five stars.

Avis at the Divan in Erbil is the best car rental experience I've had in Kurdistan. The staff are friendly, and clearly realize that every new customer is a potential loyal customer. They did everything to make renting an easy experience and the price was better than the competition. I'll be a return customer for sure.
They got me a good deal, reasonable price, nice people, trusted company, Avis Divan Hotel Absolutely recommended!
