The office is clean, tidy, and quiet. The service is good. However, the booking process takes a long time. They calculate the dollar exchange rate at a higher rate than the market rate. They write names based on their own interpretations, and the name may be incorrect.

Especially the security on Erbil Airport is brutal.

On 29/30 October 2021 I tried to contact both their number landline and mobile number. But not of them working although on their website it says 24 hours service, it’s kind of fake to me I recommend anyone not to approach this travel agent.
