I agreed with them on renting a Corolla Cross, they said ok, but it needs two to three days max. to be available, so they gave me discount if I accept to take Corolla for max. 3 days until the Cross is ready and promised it's only for max. 3 days. I called the second day, they said maybe tomorrow or after tomorrow, I said this will be 4 days, we didn't agree on that, they said maybe it'll be available tomorrow let's see. The next day (3rd day) they stopped answering my phone calls so I went to their store that day night around 9pm, they apologized and promised to call me same night when they g
