A cozy quiet clean and nice bakery shop offering most of western style pastries, sweets and breads. Staff are very polite and helpful. They have special offer on some items every night after 10:00 PM.

Most of Their stuff is not cheap any more and it tastes delicious Service: 65% good Music: Sometimes it's quiet(Lovely) and sometimes it's loud( annoying).

It’s a really nice bakery, and their pastries are usually good quality, but recently I tried their pain au chocolat, which wasn’t that great and it was empty inside. I hope this was just a one-time issue and their quality returns to what it used to be.

Every time I visit, they never have milk in the fridge, nor iced tea or coffee; they only offer drinks that aren't drinkable with the croissants, cakes, and other items they serve. And of course, the juices are terrible. Also, the cheese croissant is always the most popular, and they're always sold out, leaving the other flavors, which are unfortunately very sugary. The rest of the items are good and delicious, but they need minor improvements, like reducing the sweetness and maintaining a balance.

We tried the red velvet cake, the caramel cake, and the black forest cake. The taste was very disappointing, and you could taste the poor quality of the ingredients used in making the cake. The taste is very similar to the traditional cakes, but at a high price, even though they present themselves as luxury cake makers. They focused on the packaging and wrapping, but neglected the taste and quality. I do not recommend it at all.

​I visited this shop on December 31st at 12:55 PM with a friend to get coffee and cake, but we left immediately due to the incredibly rude service. Instead of letting us browse, the cashier closely followed us and aggressively pressured us to order while we were still looking at the cake options. Furthermore, as this is Kurdistan, staff should be able to speak Kurdish as their primary language rather than Arabic. I highly recommend hiring respectful staff who can properly communicate with local customers.

I ordered Eid cookies from this shop through a delivery company, and upon receiving the order, I discovered a shortage. I contacted the delivery company, who in turn contacted the shop to investigate. However, the shop insisted that the order was prepared and shipped complete and correctly. I sent clear photos of the order proving the shortage, yet my complaint was completely dismissed without any cooperation or attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the missing cookies were not replaced, nor was any compensation offered, making my experience unsatisfactory and giving me a negative impr
