The room was okay, but the hotel was old, the bathroom was unclean, the water was salty, and the breakfast was not tasty.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service is very bad. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and it does not deserve more than two stars.

It was a really bad experience there; it was too dirty. The rooms and everything inside them were filthy. We were a family, and everyone was sensitive to the dirt. In general, everything was dirty and unpleasant.

Everything was good except for some of the reception staff; whenever we informed them about cleaning or needed supplies, they didn't respond. And today's price of 80,000 is considered expensive for a room at this price in the area.

The rooms are very comfortable 😌 and the view overlooks the mountain ✨️ As for the location, the Shaqlawa market is right next to the hotel, the best market and the best places in it 👌🏻✨️. The hotel has a large, beautiful garden, a large covered swimming pool, and a sauna 🌹❤️☺️. The cost to rent the pool for two hours per person is 5,000 IQD, and they give you a key to lock the door so you can use it at your convenience 🌹. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is also excellent 🌹

The prices are unreasonable compared to the services offered. Renting a house or chalet in Shaqlawa is much cheaper and cleaner.
