English - Arabic This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. Bad teachers, bad and rude staff, it is just awful 😖 Don't go there. This institute is extremely bad. The teachers are unqualified to teach children, the administration is terrible and you can't reason with them, not to mention the scams and threats. I can give it a negative rating without hesitation. Don't you dare enroll there.

As for me, I took the B1 hearing exam and the sound was very bad, with a strong echo; I couldn't hear anything clearly at all. I wish you would fix the sound problem because someone who takes the exam once doesn't want to have to retake it multiple times due to the poor sound, especially since the exam fee is high.
