in a strategic location at a reasonable price it is perfect for a budget hotel, that we don't need complete facilities but just to rest.

Decent hotel to spend the night... Clean rooms .. can't say much about it.. it was only 5 hours to sleep

Only the location is good, but comparing to prices is ok , I had to stay here only for the location and for 1 night .

Thank Jesus for leading me to this hotel. The restaurant on the sixth floor has a great view, and there's a large shopping mall nearby, as well as several supermarkets and money exchange shops. The hotel's location near the airport makes it a reliable tourist base.

The hotel was average; the price per night was 65,000 Iraqi dinars (approximately $45). The hotel furniture was average, but the sheets were very old. The reception and staff were good. As for cleanliness, honestly, no one cleaned the room or changed the sheets for four days. The breakfast was good, and the service was good as well. The hotel's location is very good.

A comfortable, quiet hotel with good service. My room lacked a landline telephone. Sometimes I needed coffee and had to go to the lounge. Other times I preferred to have my coffee in my room. When I ordered it via WhatsApp, there’s no response. WiFi very bad . The room was not very clean; it was covered in dust around the fridge The furniture was old and the hotel needs to be renovated by skilled hands. I walked in the front door to see if the air inside was smoke-free enough for me. NOPE, it was too smoky. Went next door - great...UNTIL after I checked in, then I'm stuck. The location and price I negotiated with them make up for it, though.

"SCAM REPORT" Pay attention everyone After driving for 600km trip with a family of 3 adults and 2 babies The property owner canceled the the reservation although I made it before two days and got three email confirming it. He started talking rubbish and didn't respect and didn't enev sorry for his mistake or provide any solution. I will definitely sue that guy. Note: I reached the hotel 1 hour before the time not late or anything. And I have all the supporting emails.

The service at this hotel was amazing and went beyond our expectations. The staff were very caring and professional, always trying to make us feel comfortable and happy. They were kind and respectfu, and it truly felt like being at home. The hotel itself was very clean, and everything was organized with great attention to detail to create a perfect atmosphere. Truly the best and cheapest hotel in erbil. The workers are friendly the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. I've stayed here multiple times with my family and they've been consistently good. For almost the same price I stayed in a different hotel that had bad air conditioning, bad beds and not so clean rooms. Highly recommend.

BEYOND friendly people they were so respectful that you got shy away from all the things they do honestly one of the best hotels ive stayed only because the staff was so kind our interactions was the most with mr Ibrahim he was so kind i and respectful this hotel was also very family friendly i loved my stay alot and again a big thank you to the whole staff!

Great hotel with amazingly friendly staff! We had two motorbikes which we parked out the front. Well lot and in good view of reception. Breakfast is a buffet served on floor 6 so you get great views of the city! Complementary tea and coffee served in the lobby. I'd stay again next time I'm in Erbil.

This might well be the best hotel. Their employees absolutely go the extra mile for their guests. I arrived here badly injured. They arranged everything from a room to medical attention and even supplied transport for my vehicle which I could no longer operate. The manager, Goran, is like a brother from the moment I arrived. Besides that the hotel is clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Deserve more than 3 star. Reasonable price. Wide, clean room, split AC, comfortable bed, a little old but good quality furniture. Helpful respectful hardworking stuff. Away from unnecessary details, very good breakfast.

So disrespectful. Based on my experience and what I'm reading, they simply don't honor their booking promises. I booked via phone 10 days before arrival, and then called and confirmed the same day. They confirmed. When I arrived they simply said it was taken for a Booking.com client and no more room is left!! To make it worse, they faked being sorry and trying to help fix the problem. The receptionist made a call with a 'friendly' hotel, but after we went there it turned out it's not what we asked for. Never again. Totally not recommended.

For the price which they offer it's the best hotel. Location is even better. 5mins drive to Sami Abdul Rehman park. 10mins from downtown. 2mins drive to Bakhtiari market. Walking distance from Gulan St. Food is good. In breakfast there are enough items at this price.

The price was quite average for a hotel in this location which is really good The room in the first time i went was much better than the one i got the second time I booked a 2 beds room and got a room with 3 beds which translated into less space in the room and we got a smaller bathroom than the first place But the rooms were clean both times and the staff was really good and helpful

One of the best places i have been to visit with good people all the workers there are kind, I used to go to Erbil every month so I sat in this hotel for around 1 and a half years , i wish for the best .

I booked the hotel via Booking Mobile app. I've chosen a twin bedroom with the park view, but upon going there, the reception employee has asked for a higher price than that of booking app, he claimed that the reason is that the booking app exchanged dollar in 1320IQD, while it was 1560IQD, I didn't pay the higher price, but he still received 7000IQD more than the price of the app. Also the dinner period was from 8:00 to 10:00, I've never seen any hotel with that time but sooner. I never recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy.
