I am here on an extended stay for business. I have been eating at the incredible Lebanese restaurant on the 12th floor. I have been served food by two men both named Mohammed, the last couple evenings. Both have been kind professionals and have served me the finest cuisine. Many thanks for the incredible hospitality and service.

A huge thank you to Mr. Qais at reception for the warm welcome and professionalism during our check-in. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

I loved that place so safe , kind staffs , good furniture. Cool decorations & colors, I loved that design… breakfast is fine. Out door pool great but I think they need indoor pool also plus spa area .. nice gym area . but the food and drink kinda expensive

I payed with my debit card and they said we have not recieved the money when it had been taken from my bank account. I wanted to add an extra night they tried to charge me 200dollars instead of 100dollars on the terminal. One tea costed 6 000dinars. The rooms were super dirty and the restaurant was so dirty you lost your appetite.

Considering its label as 5 stars, it’s below average. Rooms are good and clean, however you can’t feel it’s sparkling. Swimming pool is small and at front entrance, no one would swim… Same breakfast everyday, and it’s below average. Worth to mention that staff are friendly and hotel parking allocated on the sidewalk.

They are extremely unprofessional, the security guy at the check point by the main door touched my little brother's private parts. The hotel staff, especially the main desk just didn't take the problem seriously and said that it was just an "accident" as they never check women which doesn't even make sense. With that being said I hope that everyone keeps their children safe and make sure no one gets away with such inappropriate behavior.
