"I had a terrible experience at Salon Burak and would not recommend it to anyone.[1] The staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional; they were whispering and laughing about my hair in Turkish, which created a very hostile environment. Beyond the poor service, the technical work was a disaster.[2] I left with chemical burns on my scalp and a completely uneven, splotchy hair color. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place."

I recently visited this salon for a bleaching and coloring service. The owner behaved inappropriately and made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the appointment. He asked me to expose my shoulder unnecessarily, commented negatively on my skin tone, dismissed my questions about the process, and repeatedly pressured me to smile in a way that felt manipulative. I paid a significant amount for the service, but the experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon. P.s they burned my scalp
