Their service is good, may God protect them.

My Wife has used this VAC for Biometrics and Passport Submissions. All I got was good feedback. Place is clean/organized and really friendly staff. I have contacted them via E-Mail and Live Chat for appointments/questions and more. They always get back to me quickly and responsibly.

I haven’t got the chance to meet them in person I just talked with them over the phone whatever I asked they explained to me very clearly. I can see that they are very precise and professional. Always best.

I used this VFS Center They are very kindly and i had appointment at 11:15 they finished my process 45 minutes before

You will be checked before entering, which is normal. And remember don't take a photo.

Staff are not professional for treating with applicants During my first visit to there for biometric they request me to stay outside even the chairs inside the center was almost empty

Worst place to do Visa they don't follow the appointment time and they don't want to connect with the people and the system is broke and the people are rude on the front desk

They don’t Unser call and they don’t have a nice number it’s so hard for call

I’m willing to submit a complaint to IRCC about what they’ve done to my parents visa application, very unprofessional unfortunately.
